Account information: your name, email address, and the payment details needed to run your subscription. Payment card data is handled by our payment processor and is never stored on our servers.
Your files: the photos, documents, and other content you choose to back up. These are encrypted before they leave your device and we cannot read their contents.
Usage and device information: basic technical data such as device type, app version, and storage used, which we use to keep the service running and secure.
2. How we use your information
We use your information to provide and maintain the service, sync your files across your devices, process payments, send service-related messages, and respond to support requests.
We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use the contents of your files for advertising or to train models.
3. How your data is protected
Files are encrypted end-to-end, both in transit and at rest, and stored in U.S. data centers. We apply zero-knowledge encryption so that only you can access the contents of your files.
We maintain technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect your information against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse.
4. Sharing and third parties
We share data only with the service providers we rely on to operate — for example payment processing and infrastructure hosting — and only to the extent needed to deliver the service.
We may disclose information where required by law, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of StoragePrimeVault, our users, or the public.
5. Data retention
We retain your files for as long as your account is active. If you cancel, your files remain available during any remaining paid period and are then deleted according to our retention schedule.
You can delete individual files at any time, and you can request deletion of your account and associated data.
6. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing.
To exercise any of these rights, contact us through the help center and we will respond within the timeframes required by applicable law.
7. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you through the app or by email before they take effect.
