These terms set out the rules for using StoragePrimeVault. Please read them carefully — they cover your subscription, your responsibilities, and the limits of our liability.
1. Agreement to terms
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of StoragePrimeVault, including our apps, websites, and related services. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms.
If you are using StoragePrimeVault on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these terms.
2. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that happens under your account. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
You must provide accurate information and be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction to use the service.
3. Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis until cancelled. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method for each billing period.
You can change or cancel your plan at any time from your dashboard. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep access until then.
Prices may change; we will give you reasonable notice of any change before it applies to your next billing period.
4. Refunds
Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable. If you believe you were charged in error, contact our customer care team and we will review your case.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to use StoragePrimeVault to store or share content that is unlawful, infringing, or harmful, or to attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the service.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or that put the security or integrity of the service at risk.
6. Your content
You retain all rights to the files you store with StoragePrimeVault. You grant us only the limited permissions needed to store, encrypt, sync, and deliver your content back to you.
You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to store and share the content you upload.
7. Service availability
We work to keep StoragePrimeVault reliable and available, but the service is provided on an as-is and as-available basis without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the twelve months before the claim.
8. Termination
You may stop using the service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you breach these terms or where required to protect the service or other users.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you in advance through the app or by email. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
