How do I turn on automatic photo backup?

Install the StoragePrimeVault app on your phone, sign in, and allow access to your photos. Backup starts automatically in the background — new photos are saved the moment you take them.

Will backing up free up space on my phone?

Yes. Once your photos are safely backed up, you can let StoragePrimeVault optimize device storage so full-resolution copies live in the cloud while your phone keeps lightweight previews.

Is my data encrypted?

Every file is encrypted end-to-end in transit and at rest, and stored in U.S. data centers. Only you can access your files — see Account & security for details on zero-knowledge encryption.

How do I change or cancel my plan?

Go to your dashboard, open the subscription section, and choose Change plan or Cancel. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing period, and you keep access until then.

Which devices does StoragePrimeVault work on?

There are native apps for iPhone, Android, macOS, and Windows. Your files stay in sync across all of them automatically, and you can also access everything from the web.

I was charged but don't recognize the amount.
